When a problem arises you can be assured and have the peace of mind that we will identify, manage and resolve the problem for you as quickly as is possible. We aim to have an engineer on site within the time as per the level of contract in place. Our service support engineers will attempt to rectify the problem on-site, and if necessary, order replacement parts to be dispatched ASAP to rectify the fault^. We also have interim loan solutions when available in order to keep your system running.
We want to be flexible around your needs and understand that sometimes some businesses may only require one-off occasional maintenance and servicing.
